The Fire Lacrosse Club believes that players, parents, and coaches should be governed by Codes of Conduct. These written codes ensure that the principles of sportsmanship, fair play, and mutual respect among players, coaches, officials, parents, and spectators are observed and promoted.
It is the obligation of all administrators, coaches, parents, and players to create an environment that promotes positive, constructive participation. It must be understood that those who willfully violate these Codes of Conduct jeopardize their participation with the Fire Lacrosse Club. The Fire's leadership has the authority to mitigate any issue, concern, and/or violation that arises related to these Codes of Conduct. The Fire Lacrosse Club reserves the right to remove any coach, release any player, or restrict any parent from further participation in Fire activities if it deems that an infraction(s) of any element in the respective Codes of Conduct damages the organization's ability to fulfill it's mission and objectives.
It is a considered a privilege to play on a Fire Lacrosse Club lacrosse team, not a right, and therefore coaches, players, and parents are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner which positively represents the Fire Lacrosse Club.
