Goals and Objectives

Ice program players receive expert coaching from a cadre of highly-skilled and experienced lacrosse professionals.  Skills development covers virtually every facet of the indoor game including strong emphasis on each position, transition game management, and team-based offense and defense.

As a developmental system, the Ice's program stratifies player development by age/grade/experience to ensure that the requisite building blocks are organized and delivered at the proper level and at the correct moment in the player's developmental cycle.

The developmental model, in total, is designed to ensure that committed players optimize the opportunities and probabilities of competing at the collegiate level.
