Coaches for the Ice Program are uniquely qualified to fulfill the expected roles and responsibilities of the position. In addition to their experience as a player, they have also demonstrated the capacity to coach lacrosse players at multiple levels. They demonstrate this capability and commitment in a variety ways including being a certified coach as designated by the American Indoor Lacrosse Association. Our coaches recognize that their contributions as an Ice coach are part and parcel of a multi-year, multi-faceted, progressive player development system.
Our coaching staff is renowned for operating in unison - coordinating the various aspects and components of teaching and instruction in a coherent, structured, orchestrated manner. They intrinsically recognize that our system requires longitudinal coordination of each individual player and the systematic introduction and integration of technical skills, game knowledge, athletic capabilities, and emotional and psychological development. Just as each player in our program is special and unique, so to are our coaches, and their contributions to our players development are enormous and exceptional.
Head Coach - U-19/Indoor
In addition to his role as President/CEO of the American Indoor Lacrosse Association, Johnny is presently the General Manager and Head Coach of the Philadelphia Wings of the National Lacrosse League. Prior to assuming these NLL duties, he served in various roles as Head Coach/General Manager, Managing Director/General Manager and President/General Manager with the San Jose Stealth over the course of six years. Johnny is also the General Manager of Team Canada's National Indoor Team competing in May 2011in Prgue, Czech Republic at the 2011 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships.
Mouradian has also served in a variety of management roles with NLL teams. He was General Manager with the Buffalo Bandits and Ontario Raiders and Vice President and General Manager for the Toronto Rock and Ottawa Rebel. Mouradian has won eight Professional World Indoor Championships in various roles as a team executive, General Manager and shareholder (Buffalo in 1992, 1993 and 1996; and Toronto in 1999, 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2005). In 2003, Mouradian was General Manager of the Year for the National Lacrosse League.
At the National Lacrosse League executive level, Mouradian has served on the Competition Committee, Expansion Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and was the Chairman of the Player Relations Committee and Chairman of the Competition Committee.
On the international level, Mouradian played on the 1974 Canadian National Field Lacrosse Team (Melbourne Australia) and 1978 Canadian National Field Lacrosse team that captured the World Championships (Manchester, England). He was head coach of the 1985 Canadian National Team and on the coaching staff of four Canadian National Field lacrosse teams that participated at the World Championships 1982 Baltimore Maryland, 1986 Toronto, Canada, 1990 Perth, Australia and 1998 Baltimore, Maryland.
Mouradian was the General Manager of the Canadian National Indoor Lacrosse Heritage Cup team in 2002 and 2004. In 2003, Mouradian was the General Manager of the Canadian National Indoor Lacrosse team that won the inaugural World Indoor Lacrosse Championship and Chairman of the Canadian National Indoor Team that won the World Indoor Championship in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada in 2007. Currently, Johnny is the General Manager of the Canadian National Field Lacrosse Team competing at the World Field Championships at Manchester, England July 2010. Mouradian was inducted into the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2001 for his achievement as a member of the 1978 national team that won the World Championships in England.
Mouradian was also inducted into the Ontario Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 1998, the Ithaca College Sports Hall of Fame in 2000, the Lakeport High School Hall of Fame in 2003, the National Lacrosse League Hall of Fame and the St. Catharines, Ontario Sports Hall of Fame in 2008. Johnny was inducted into the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame Nov 14, 2009 in the Field Player Category.
Johnny played lacrosse and ice hockey at Ithaca College from 1973 – 1976 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (76) and a Master of Science Degree (98).

Bill has been involved in lacrosse for over 30 years as a player, coach, leader, and business executive. Growing up on Long Island, he played at New York State powerhouse Sachem High School, and was a four-year starter at attack for Ithaca College, one of the leading lacrosse programs in DIII, where he finished as one of the all-time top-10 leading scorers in school history. He was also a highly regarded hockey player on Long Island where he was a perennial leading scorer on Long Island as a defenseman. Bill served as three-year captain for his team and was a two-time All-County (Suffolk) selection.
Bill is one of the founders of the Fire Lacrosse Club, serves as the President of the organization, and has been the head coach of the U-19 team since its inception. Bill is one of the first coaches in the United States to be certified by the American Indoor Lacrosse Association. Bill is also the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of the American Indoor Lacrosse Association, an international organization with the mission of extending the Canadian-style indoor lacrosse game throughout the United States and globally. Bill also serves as the Executive Director of the National Sports Performance Institute, a leading organization providing performance training services to elite athletes.
Bill has served the West Florida community as a member of the Board of Directors of the West Florida Lacrosse League (WFLL) and was instrumental in steering the league through the critical period of re-organization that resulted in full regional in-school club certification. Presently, he is the Area Chairman for the US Lacrosse-Gulf Coast Chapter where he serves as the Chairman of the All-American Selection Committee.
He continues to serve as a coach and director with Team Florida, the only state-wide all-star lacrosse program in Florida; is a Founder and Director of the South|West Conquest, West Florida's only regional elite lacrosse program, and is the Head Coach of Freedom High School's Varsity Lacrosse Program.
In 2011, Bill was appointed to the US Lacrosse Selector Staff to evaluate and select Team USA/U.S. National Men's U-19 team slated to compete in the 2012 World Championships in Turku, Finland.
Professionally, Bill received his commission as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy, and served as a Medical Service Corps Officer during his active and reserve duty. He has served in various C-level positions in the healthcare sector including serving in senior roles in the military healthcare system, academic medical centers, and physician group practices. He has served on the governing boards of a number of healthcare organizations and has been honored numerous times for professional achievement in the Healthcare and Biotechnology sector by the Denver Business Journal.
Bill has also served educational institutions by holding a variety of academic appointments such as Senior Clinical Instructor in Family Medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine; Director, Institute for Health Systems Leadership and Research and Assistant Clinical Professor of Health Systems Management at the University of Denver; and Teaching Fellow at Yale University School of Medicine, Department of Epidemiology and Public Health.
Bill received his Master of Public Health in Hospital Administration with Honors Distinction from Yale University School of Medicine and his Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ithaca College School of Allied Health Professions.

Craig was born and raised in Upstate New York and played lacrosse at Irondequoit High School, graduating in 2004. As a midfielder, Craig was selected to play in the National High School Senior Show Case in St. Louis. He attended Monroe Community College for 2 years, studying computer engineering and health performance and was selected as a First Team All-American. He currently holds three scoring records at Monroe and led the nation in scoring with 113 points in his second season at Monroe.
Transferring to Ithaca College, Craig continued his mastery at the midfield position by receiving All-American Honorable Mention his junior year and All-American Second Team in his senior season. He was invited to play in the Division III North/ South Senior All-star game held at Harvard University. Craig earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Psychology.
Craig is one of the first coaches in the United States to be certified by the American Indoor Lacrosse Association.

Cheri Trinchetto is a registered nurse and an alumnus of University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens!). She is currently working on her doctorate of nursing practice. She has over 15 years of leadership experience at both middle and senior management levels. In addition to her full time job, she is a full time lacrosse mom for Sal, crew mom for her daughter Sami, and wife. Her husband, Tom, is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and a board certified emergency medicine physician. Cheri also volunteers on many school committees, as well as, professional and community organizations.
